The MRR & CAP model — a fixed monthly payment up to a ceiling. After the ceiling — 100% of your commissions.
Fixed monthly payment until you reach the ceiling. After that — 100% goes to the agent.
Once you reach the annual CAP — every additional shekel is yours.
