Terms of Use

Use of the Intell Agent website and platform constitutes agreement to these terms. Please read carefully.

01Definitions and Ownership

"The Company" — Intell Agent, registered in Israel, Founder & CEO: Moti Moran.

"The Service" — the website, CRM platform, mobile applications, AI systems, and all associated digital services.

"User" — any person or entity using the Service, whether as a guest, registered agent, franchisee, or administrator.

"Content" — all information, text, images, data, and software displayed on the site.

02Acceptance of Terms

Browsing the site, filling out a form, or registering for the service constitutes agreement to these terms and the privacy policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the site.

These terms apply in addition to any specific agreement (agent agreement, franchise agreement) that may apply to registered users.

03License of Use

We grant the user a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for legitimate personal/business purposes. Copying, reverse-engineering, adapting, disassembling, or using the code/data for competing commercial purposes without our written consent is prohibited.

04Valuations — Indicative Only

Valuations provided by our AI engine are indicative only, based on analysis of available market data.

These valuations do not constitute a binding appraisal under the Real Estate Appraisers Law, 2001, and should not be solely relied upon for legal or financial decisions.

A formal transaction requires a certified appraiser opinion.

The Company is not liable for damages resulting from reliance on an indicative valuation.

05Property Listings

Registered users may publish properties they own or for which they have documented owner consent.

We may remove listings that violate regulations, contain misleading information, or do not meet our ELITE standard.

Responsibility for listing content — including data, price, and images — rests with the publisher.

Publishing a property on the site does not constitute verification of ownership rights.

06Intellectual Property

All site content — including design, logo, text, code, algorithms, and AI models — is intellectual property of Intell Agent or licensed third parties.

Copying, reproducing, distributing, or commercial use of content without written permission is prohibited.

The trade name "Intell Agent", logo, and all trademarks are Company property.

07ELITE Agent Obligations

A registered ELITE agent commits to the industry ethical code and Intell Agent regulations.

Maintaining a 90+ rating in the BDO Academy preparation course.

Monthly MRR (infrastructure) and annual CAP fees are paid according to individual contract terms.

After reaching the CAP — the agent keeps 100% of commissions.

Violation of the ethical code may result in suspension or termination.

08Franchisee Obligations

A franchisee receives a franchise for an exclusive geographic area subject to a separate franchise agreement, including initial franchise fees, monthly royalty, and compliance with operational standards. Full details in the franchise agreement.

09Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS-IS". We do not guarantee 100% availability, absence of bugs, or fitness for a specific purpose.

Our total liability, if determined by a court, shall be limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months, or NIS 1,000 — whichever is higher.

We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, consequential damages, or data loss.

The Company is not responsible for content published by other users.

10Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be published at least 30 days in advance on this page and by email to registered users. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These terms are governed exclusively by Israeli law.

The competent court for any dispute arising from use of the Service is the competent court in Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
