Service delivery: property valuation, property search, agent matching, BDO Academy course registration, and future contact.
Service improvement: anonymous analysis of site usage patterns to improve user experience.
Marketing: updates about new properties, services, and offers — only with your explicit opt-in consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Personalization: displaying relevant content and properties based on your preferences.
Legal compliance: maintaining records as required by law.
Consent: filling out a form, checking a consent box, or providing details in a phone call constitutes consent for processing for stated purposes.

BDO Academy: sharing course registration details — only if you registered for a course.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Law enforcement: information will be provided to authorities only pursuant to a court order or explicit legal requirement.
Essential cookies: session management (next-auth), language preference (he/en), cookie consent, and accessibility preferences. These are required for site operation and cannot be disabled.
Analytics cookies: Google Analytics 4 — anonymous browsing pattern data. Can be declined via the cookie banner.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

Agent/franchisee CRM account data: while active + 12 months after closure.
Technical logs: 12 months.

Some of our service providers (Vercel, Google) store data on servers outside Israel.
Data transfer is only to providers meeting accepted security standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001) and subject to data processing agreements.
We ensure these providers maintain a level of protection no less than that required by Israeli law.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be published on the site 30 days in advance.
